To start searching, click on the large green "+" button in the center of the map, then click Search. This will open a popup with a search field.

You can search points of interest, addresses, postal codes, cities, counties and more.

Every result can be placed on the map as a marker and later customized but certain special results can be added as boundaries also.

If your result can be added as both, you will be prompted to choose which one you prefer.

If you need to place a marker in a custom location (one that has no specific address), you can click on the "pin" icon in the map toolbar and just click anywhere on the map.
